Both the NFZ consultation and the private one are comprehensive medical consultations with an interview. As part of the NFZ, laboratory tests ordered during the consultation at Alab laboratories in Poland are free of charge.

Consultations are held from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays. Consultations for "today" will be carried out on the same business day, provided the appointment is confirmed by 4:00 PM; otherwise, the consultation will be rescheduled for the next business day.

* The NFZ consultation requires the patient to submit a declaration of choice for a doctor, nurse, or midwife in primary health care. After filling out and signing the declaration, the person becomes a patient of one of the facilities offering services within e-poz.com.
